Returns

For items not in stock, such as deposits, these may be cancelled at any time for a full refund, minus credit card processing fees, 3.5% for credit/debit cards & 5% for Affirm.

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. In order to receive a refund, you must contact us at sales@ewheels.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The eWheel must be unopened, returned in its original packaging and condition. A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned Wheel. The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain parts, like controller, even if unused. For other parts there is a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
